VeRO & violation protection
Violations can damage your eBay account health. Sellereb warns about known brands at the draft stage and won't let them upload automatically. It catches violation notices from eBay automatically and removes the affected product from your store.
What it does
VeRO brand list: risky brands are flagged in the draft and publishing is blocked
eBay's 'we removed your listing' message is read automatically and the ASIN is added to the violation pool
Shared violation pool: a product detected in one store protects the others too (optional)
Store-level blocklist: block any ASIN or brand you don't want to upload
Problem buyers: buyers who leave negative feedback are reported to all users, so you can block them before they order
Feedback indicator: new negative/positive feedback counts show in the panel
Catches the violation from the message
Sellereb catches the violation notice, puts the brand on the list and the product in the pool, and bans it. The job is done before you even hear about it.
Automatic removal via the violation pool
In stores where the violation pool is enabled, a product that enters the pool is removed from your store and dropped from inventory if you have it. Relisting is not allowed.
The buyer side is watched too
Buyers who leave negative feedback or write 'it came from Amazon' are detected; the username is reported so you can add it to your eBay block list.
