From the "Add Store" step in the panel, sign in with eBay; eBay takes you to its authorization screen and once you approve, your store is connected within seconds. You can manage multiple stores (up to your plan's limit) from the same panel.

In the "Add New Product" section, enter an Amazon ASIN or your eBay listing to create a draft. Sellereb prepares the product's title, images, description and item specifics automatically; you review, edit and hit "Publish". You can also schedule listings to be published automatically at a later date.

Yes. You can bring listings that are already live on eBay into Sellereb, put them under monitoring and benefit from price/stock automation and order processing. You can also easily add ready-made products found through eBay search to a draft and publish them.

Yes. Sellereb checks your products regularly; when the source price changes it updates your eBay price according to your profit margin, and when stock runs out it automatically sets the listing to out of stock. Your products are checked every 1–4 hours on average, which reduces the risk of selling something you can't get or selling at a loss.

When an order arrives in your store, Sellereb detects it. If the Chrome extension is installed and running, it places the order at the source on your behalf, according to your approval settings; you can also mark orders manually if you prefer. The order status is updated automatically in the panel.

Yes. Thanks to the Aquiline integration, your Amazon tracking numbers are instantly converted to carriers eBay recognizes and added to your order automatically, so your buyer can track the shipment on eBay without any issues.

The extension runs the ordering and tracking jobs you start from the panel in your own browser, with your own source account. Download and install it from the Settings page in one click; when you click "Connect" it pairs with your panel. You can see the connection status in the panel.

Make your payment using the Payoneer details on the Wallet page and submit the receipt through the "I've made a deposit" form. Once our team approves it, your balance is updated instantly. Credit-card top-ups are coming soon.

AI credits are for AI-powered features: editing titles with AI and re-running the Assistant Suggestions report before the free period resets, for example. Credits are purchased in bundles from the Wallet page.

When you upload the Traffic and Listing Quality reports downloaded from eBay, it analyzes which products you should delete, improve or promote. You can get it free once every 2 weeks.

Yes. The Accounting page shows the purchase, sale and net profit of every order, your payment sources and totals per period; you can also export everything as CSV.

Yes. Sellereb includes layers of protection against brand/copyright (VeRO) violations and prohibited-item risks: it warns about known infringing brands at the draft stage and can automatically catch violation notices from eBay and remove the affected products from your store. This minimizes listings that could put your account at risk. Final responsibility still rests with the store owner.
