3. DROPSHIPPING & PLATFORM RISKS
Dropshipping on third-party marketplaces (such as eBay and Amazon) involves unique risks which you must accept.
3.1. Account Suspension Risk. You expressly acknowledge that marketplaces like eBay and Amazon have strict policies regarding dropshipping and arbitrage.
- No Control: SELLEREB LTD has no control over these platforms or their enforcement decisions.
- Suspensions: using automation software or dropshipping business models carries an inherent risk of account suspension ("banning"). We are NOT responsible for the suspension, termination, or restriction of your selling accounts, nor are we liable for any frozen funds held by these marketplaces.
3.2. How Automation Works and Its Natural Limits. Sellereb runs your store automatically using data read from Amazon and eBay at regular intervals. Like any automation tool, it has natural limits that cannot be fully removed:
- Prices and stock change between checks: each product is checked at intervals, not every second. If the Amazon price rises or the item goes out of stock between two checks and an order arrives in that window, the order may earn less than expected or make a loss. This is true for every repricing tool.
- Product matching is not always exact: "Find on Amazon", untracked-listing matching and similar products compare titles, images and identifiers. Products that look alike (a different size, pack quantity or colour) can occasionally be matched, so please review matches before you publish or approve them.
- Filters cannot catch everything: VeRO, brand, risky word and category filters stop many known risks, but new brand complaints and policy changes appear every day. No filter can catch every restricted or infringing item.
- Orders, tracking and AI content: Amazon and eBay pages and interfaces change without notice, so an automated order or tracking step may occasionally be delayed, fail or need to be completed by you. AI-written titles and descriptions may contain mistakes.
- Figures are estimates: profit, fee, payout and similar figures shown in the Service may differ from those of eBay, Amazon or your bank.
We continuously work to reduce these cases, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be error-free.
