1. INTRODUCTION

SELLEREB LTD ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on our website sellereb.com, our panel app.sellereb.com and our browser extension (collectively, the "Service").

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and your choices regarding their use. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language and display preferences) over a period of time, so you don't have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

3. HOW WE USE COOKIES

3.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies (Essential)

These cookies are fundamental to the operation of the Service. Without them, you cannot log in or use the main features of Sellereb.

Examples: user authentication tokens (to keep you logged in) and security cookies (to prevent fraud).

Meta Pixel: our website sellereb.com and the sign-up pages of app.sellereb.com (registration and email verification) use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (cookies such as _fbp). It records visits to these pages and a few actions on them (for example sending the contact form, starting a live chat, clicking a sign-up button, completing registration and starting a free trial), together with basic browser and device information, so that we can measure and deliver our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It is not loaded inside the Sellereb panel and it does not access your Sellereb account, your stores or your order data.

Consent: these do not require your consent as they are strictly necessary for the service you requested.

3.2. Functionality & Preference Cookies

These cookies allow us to remember choices you make when you use our Service, such as your selected store and interface preferences, to provide you with a more personal experience.

3.3. Analytical and Advertising Cookies

Apart from the Meta Pixel described in section 3.1, we do not use third-party analytics, advertising or retargeting cookies. Your account, store and order data is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

3.4. Payment Processing Cookies

Our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies to prevent fraud, facilitate checkout, and ensure the secure processing of your subscription payments.

4. COOKIES IN OUR BROWSER EXTENSION

In addition to standard web cookies, our Chrome extension utilises Local Storage mechanisms to function effectively.

Local Storage: this allows us to store your settings and temporary data (such as the order currently being processed) directly in your browser to enable the automation features.

This data stays on your device and is synchronised with our servers only when necessary for the Service to function.

5. YOUR CHOICES AND CONSENT

5.1. Consent

Since Sellereb only uses strictly necessary (including the Meta Pixel described in section 3.1) and functional cookies, a separate cookie consent banner is not required. Payment-related cookies are set by Stripe during checkout as part of the payment you request.

5.2. Browser Settings

You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. However, if you do this, some services (like logging into Sellereb) may not work.

To manage cookies in your browser, please visit the help pages of your specific browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

6. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
